The Language Teaching Methods at ILC

ILC method of teaching is all about learning process. If our pets can learn reasonable well from us and carry our instructions' dishes out to them then what stop human being who had been created with wealth of knowledge to learning other language easily.

Our professional and qualified teachers will teach you many new words and how they are used in everyday life. Our learning process will be an interactive type i.e. question-answer format. As you answer questions, the teacher will help you if you find answering difficult and will revise it with you until you feel comfortable with the newly introduced words.

Teachers will constantly correct your pronunciation and tones so within a short period of time you will see a rapid and definite improvement in your new learning language.

How ILC Teaching methods Work

It is imperative for students to understand how ILC teaching methods works before studying with us.  You are implore to read the following statements carefully and for more information never hesitate to contact us and we shall be glad to have further discussion with you.

Do Not Entertain Preconceived Ideas

Our students are advised to ignore their minds of all preconceived ideas of our languages should be thought if you wish to enjoy the full benefit of ILC's method of teaching.  Accept everything thought you with open-mindedly, and then judge by end results.

First Lesson Shock

At first, students may find it difficult to learn and maybe thinking they will never  be able to remember all what they have learnt during the lesson however with persevere and revise for a few lessons, they soon realize that it is all quite easy and enjoyable, and that anyone can learn easily.

Hiding secret of success in learning a language is to repeat, repeat and repeat

The students have to understand the power of repetition when learning other languages. The students have to engage in frequent repetition of the new language they have learnt; and by repetition is also meant revision.

Reflex in Language

Learning new language is like learning to type or play a guitar, is principally a question of developing a quick reflex. The more you practice the better you become in it i.e. practice make perfect. Quick reflexes in other languages or skills can only be developed by mechanical repetition. Everything has to be repeated and revised over and over again until learning has occurred.

Free yourself from

Learning other language can only be developed by practice. You as a student must therefore learn to speak and read without worrying too much about too many trivial details when learning to speak other languages

Mechanical repetition

A quick reflex can only be achieved by mechanical repetition. Everything has to be repeated and revised over and over again until the reflex can be performed automatically without thinking.

Language learning order- ear, mouth, eye, hand (Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing)

New language can easily be learnt only if you learn it in same way as you learn your own language when you were a child. A child first hears the language, and then imitates what he hears, later sees the words written, and finally he writes them down. When a child learns his own language he will often repeat things he hears without understanding exactly what it means, the understanding comes later.

The same process should go for language students because new language is practically unknown to us until when we decide to start learning. The student should try not to think too much, or analyze everything, or keep constantly asking 'why?' This, of course, is difficult for a thinking adult unaccustomed to doing things without a complete understanding of exactly what he/she is doing, or why he/she is doing it; but too much questioning will slow you down. A language is learnt faster by observation and imitation than by explanation

How to overcome poor memory with frequent revision

Boredom and poor memory can be greatest challenges of learning. ILC method of learning will teach our students how to overcome boredom through speed, and poor memory through revision. Revising everything not only ensures speed of speaking, understanding and reading, but also ensures that the student remembers what he/she learns, no matter how poor his/her memory.
